(a) Email address — collected when you request a demo access link via the form on this site.

(b) Presentation viewing analytics — which views and steps you watched and how long you engaged with them. This data is linked to your email address when you access the demo via your personal magic link.

(c) IP address — used transiently for rate-limiting and abuse protection. We do not store IP addresses long-term or use them for profiling.

Access link delivery — to send you the private demo link you requested. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in fulfilling your request.

Product update emails — only if you explicitly tick the opt-in checkbox when requesting access. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info(at)netsun(dot)ro.

Analytics and security — to understand how the demo is used and to protect the service from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following processors who act on our behalf:

• Resend — email delivery (United States)
• Vercel — hosting and edge runtime (United States)
• Neon — PostgreSQL database, provisioned via Vercel (United States)
• Vimeo — gated demo video delivery (United States)

Some of these processors are based in the United States. Transfers to the US rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe from product updates or request deletion of your data.

Presentation viewing analytics are retained to understand demo engagement and improve the product.

IP-based rate-limit records are short-lived and pruned automatically after expiry.

Under GDPR Articles 15–22 you have the right to: access your data, request rectification, request erasure, restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
